Time for a change in Winchester

Danielle Bostick, a Latin teacher at Handley High School, is challenging incumbent David Smith, who is seeking his second term in the upcoming general election.

“It’s about running a city ethically and with integrity. Transparency, engagement and accountability are not partisan issues. These are the things that are important to me, and I think they’re important to the people who live here.”

Bostick said there is a deep divide between citizens of Winchester and City Hall, which she hopes to address by making city government more transparent and accountable.
